Shipping Policy

1) How long does it take for SUTRA to ship my order?

SUTRA aims to deliver your order within 2-4 days of placing the order. We will regularly update you on your order status via e-mail and SMS notifications. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options excluding weekend’s delivery and any public holidays. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may notify you with instructions on re-delivery. SUTRA can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are unable to ship to any International address.

2) Customer pickup

If possible please give us at least 24 hour advance notice before picking up your order from our warehouse. Your orders are shipped from our warehouse at Masjid Tanah, Melaka through registered courier companies at your doorstep. Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; family member, colleague, neighbour etc. However, SUTRA will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person. To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please leave your inquiry at http:/.com.my/index.php/contacts.

3) Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
